This year's production activities have begun.
Although this greeting is a little late, Happy New Year.
Thank you for your continued support this year.
We have resumed normal production activities from today, the 8th.
It depends on the product you order, but when we start making the lampshade after receiving an order, we first create the epoxy resin "board" that will be the material.
In addition, epoxy resin is used in various places, and Asahikawa, where the atelier is located, is the city with the coldest temperature in Japan, with the lowest winter temperature often falling below -15 degrees Celsius.
When this happens, the epoxy resin, which normally hardens in one day, may take two to three days to harden, and may take up to a week to fully harden so that it can be used as a material.
Therefore, please note that during the winter months, it may take up to three weeks for your order to be shipped.
