Refund policy
Refunds.
Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
As a condition of return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Be sure to return the item using the packaging materials that were used when you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Only a portion of the merchandise price will be refunded under the following circumstances
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* Merchandise that differs from its original condition and is damaged or partially missing for reasons that are not our fault.
* Merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the returned merchandise. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Unprocessed Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please double check your bank account first.
If the information you provided is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to actually be processed after we have completed our refund process.
Then, please contact your bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept refunds for regular-priced items, but not for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the customer will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate for the equivalent value of the merchandise upon return. Upon receipt of the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver gave the item to you after receiving it himself, when you return the item, the refund will be made to the giver, who will also be notified of your return.

If the price of the returned merchandise exceeds ¥10000, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
